trained Patient Education Counselors will contact you to arrange an
appointment.
This complimentary evaluation is a brief exam
and does not constitute a complete ophthalmic evaluation. You will
be evaluated to determine whether or not you are a potential candidate
for refractive surgery. If you are a good refractive surgery candidate,
we will schedule you for a comprehensive eye examination. No diagnosis
or treatment will be given. If a potential problem is indicated, you
will be considered for further ophthalmological care.
